The competent leader

Nymand and Vogelius have designed an education, which contains three modules, with tasks between the modules.

“The common denominator for the leader profile of the future is the ability to work with humans and human values. No doubt about that.”

This quotation by Steen Hildebrandt, professor in management at Handles-Højskolen in Århus, says something about the requirements, which will be demanded for the future leaders.

He highlights the same connections in other areas, which gets the central point for the leaders, namely the leader’s ability to build and control a network. The leader’s ability as change agent, and the leader’s ability to work with values and opinions.

Focus areas
