Interaction analysis - know your  team!

The interaction is a result of the relationship as group members have with each other, the way we communicate with each other and the way leadership is reflected at a given moment in its life. Interaction analysis tells a story about group members' experience of the team means to be together.

The tool may include helping to move a no interaction group towards becoming a functioning and efficient team to focus on constructive and destructive processes in a group based on group members' experiences.

The analysis is typically used in groups / sections of 5 to 20 persons. Each member shall complete an anonymous questionnaire. With a glossary of 100 words chosen min. 15 words to describe the group's interaction within the last 2-3 months. The answers included in a factor analysis that reveals a picture of the interaction in the group divided into seven broad factors. Interaction analysis is a professional dialogue and practical tool that helps the group to give visibility to current challenges and future priorities.

The main conclusions are presented graphically for the group and stopped against the results from other groups.

·         General interaction profile. An overall profile of the group interaction by seven factors and stopped against other groups who are part of data base.

·         A profile of the current interaction are areas that characterizes the current interaction.

·         A profile of the desired interactions are areas which the group suggests would be ideal for future interaction.

·         Settlement Areas are areas which have been identified which are inappropriate in the current interaction.

·         Development are areas to be focused if the group will develop the desired interaction.

·         Maintenance areas are areas which are already adequate and that the group wants to preserve for future interaction.

Subsequently compiled a comprehensive report focusing on the areas where there is a need for increased management and employee focus. The report will contain recommendations for appropriate action and follow-up areas.
