16PF

16PF ® is a comprehensive personality test, and it is one of the most valid indicators of human behavior, based on more than 50 years of research and testing.

16PF questionnaire was originally developed by Raymond Cattell in 1949 and is available in many languages. The questionnaire assesses an individual's personality against 16 personality factors and provides a reliable and accurate indication of future behavior.


The factors are:

Heat - describes the desire to develop close relationships with others.

 

Suspicion - the extent to which you have reservations about others' motives.

Logical thinking - the extent to which you can solve numerical and verbal problems.

 

Chase away - how much attention you give abstract ideas rather than concrete observations.

stability - how calmly you respond to the demands life makes.

 

Emotional Secrecy - how much you prefer to keep personal information for yourself.

Dominance - your tendency to assert yourself and / or control others.

 

Anxious - how much you are inclined to self-criticism.

Rule Awareness - how much value you attach to externally imposed rules.

Social frankness - how relaxed you feel in social contexts.

 

Perfectionism - the need to rely on structure rather than leaving things to chance.

Sensitivity - how much emotion can influence your life and your reasoning.

Tension - how easily situations can frustrate you.
