We design, develop and implement development team leader for groups, departments, project and virtual teams. We work with teams at different stages of development including start-up teams, mature well-established teams, and conflict groups, etc.

Successful team development often starts with the activities undertaken in-depth analysis (eg, our interaction analysis or MBTI) and a robust process of identifying the participants' assumptions. The more you consciously and visibility of the resources and blockages that are present in the team and the resources you need to get into the team, the more targeted efforts are organized, when the development team put into practice.
