Fredi Falk Vogelius
Partner/Seniorconsultant, who is specialized within coaching, MBTI & JTI, NLP, and projectmanagement.
Fredi is educated Ba.Sc.E.E. besides that is he educated Coach in London from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). He is NLP Master Practitioner from Danish NLP Institution v/Ole Vadum Dahl and Tad James from USA, and also authorized in MBTI, JTI and CPI. In addition is he certificated at FranklinCovey to teach in the 7 Good Habits and The 4 Executions Disciplines. Besides that is he also a member of the ICF (International Coach Federation) and professional certificated coach (PCC-niveau). He is approved assessor for ICF and works like a censor on coacheducations at GROW2. Fredi has experienced comprehensive CTI Leadership training in Spain with Henry Kimsey-House, as furthermore has been his main mentorcoach. In 2008 Fredi has achieved to get certificated as mastercoach on MCC-niveau and has also completed intensive training and lessons by Tom Stone in Core Dynamic Coaching, and in the use of the WaveMaker method in 2008. He has the last 13 years worked on the development of organisations, processes and persons, via leadership-, and employee development, coaching, projectmanagement, processoptimization and communication. The focus have been to create learning organisations, there develop engagement and sense of responsibility.
Earlier through his 12 years of experience as project leader, teached him that the “passwords” for good planning with a clear objective and infectious engagement like that, all the projects participants commit themselves to it. This experience is passed on to a high energy level to the courses in projectmanagement.
Fredi has published two books by the book publishers Libris about typology in practice, in part of taking the right choice of picking the right job, and in part of relation to coaching and leadership.
As a person Fredi is good to create contact between persons, and through his 25 years of experience moves on all levels in an organisation. Via his
style he creates energy and enthusiasm as a consultant and also as a teacher. Latest Fredi has been employed as a consultant at Consulting A/S og Rambøll Business Management A/S.

International Coach Federation (ICF) is an international non-profit organisation, which since 1992 has set standards to what good coaching is. Today, ICF certificate coaches and educationcenters all over the world, according to a thorough global system. The system is based on the individual corecompetencies and rules the individual coach or educationcenter shall observe, to reach an international acknowledge certificate.
