Teaching

Nymand & Vogelius are known for their special teaching skills. It all fit together with our focus to create bounds and trust and have respect to each client, show a line between values and behaviour, acquire big knowledge in an organisations culture and not at least by showing engagement and loyalty to the superior vision, mission, values, goals and strategies.

We also vary between theory and practical practice, activities, training in pairs and in lesser groups and individual work. These vary means, that the participants have the opportunity to discuss and make opinions to the subject, which are passed. In more than 70% of the classes are the participants active, and they are used to show different examples from the participants own everyday. The choice of the method which are used, have a greater sense. The teacher/consultant can have a lot to teach, but if the method choose is wrong, will the total effect of the classes be lesser.

The compositions of methods / tools are used, depend on what the participants wants or wish to learn.
