Peter Nymand
Partner / seniorconsultant, who is specialized within recruiting,
organisation and team analyses, simulations, team development and
coaching.
Peter is educated Cand. Merc. and HD in organisation. Besides that, is he
authorized in MBTI and also authorized in The Thomas System which
builds on DISC model, Predictive Index and MegaLearning's business
simulations. In addition he is a member of ICF (International Coach
Federation) and certificated coach. Peter has worked the last 14
years with development of organisations, processes and persons via
leadership-, team- and employee development. He has worked as
consultant internal and external in enterprises, national and
international for greater and smaller enterprises with the purpose
of creating more value, for the persons and organisations.
Peter has many years of experience with structure of inspiring
teachingenvironment which, releases energy and resources in
organisations and have the human potential as his pivotal point. The
focus have been to optimize the human potential by improving,
inspire and motivate persons to lift personal, team and leadership
challenges.
Peter has among others been working for Strandgaard Consulting,
American Management Association, Grundfos and Carsten Mørch Kurser.

International Coach Federation (ICF) is an international non-profit organisation, which since 1992 has set standards to what good coaching is. Today, ICF certificate coaches and educationcenters all over the world, according to a thorough global system. The system is based on the individual corecompetencies and rules the individual coach or educationcenter shall observe, to reach an international acknowledge certificate.
